For staffing purposes, we need a 16 day notice to book parties.

T-shirts will be provided for 1 birthday child, unless children are multiples. There will be a $5 fee for each additional birthday t-shirt
Coaches will provide activities and ensure safety and fun during your child's activity. Does your child have a favorite activity at the gym? Or maybe a favorite game to play? Contact our Birthday Director to make a request to be sent to your party staff prior to your party.
Up to 15 children*
There is an additional fee of $10/child over 15 (no more than 20 permitted at this time). Head count must be verified by the Friday, 1 week before your party to avoid additional fees.
90 Minutes in the gym!
We will provide 90 minutes of FUN filled activity during your gym time. Parties are fully structured to ensure the safety of our guests.
Due at scheduling to reserve your preferred time slot. You can change your party one time, if needed. New party day/time must be 16 days or further out from the request to change.
$75+* NON-REFUNDABLE BALANCE.

$10 EXCEEDING CHILD FEE.
We ask you inform us if you are exceeding the 15 child limit by the Friday, one week before your party. For each child over the 15 child limit, there will be a $10 charge. This applies to any person who is in the gym ages 1 year-23 years. If we are notified after the Friday, one week before your party, the fee will increase to $15 per child. Please keep in mind, we cannot exceed 20 children for parties.* *this is a part of our COVID-19 Response
STEPS TO BOOKING:
Step One: Understanding Our Covid-19 Response
As a part of our COVID-19 Response, following guidelines provided by the State of Michigan and CDC, in addition to considering the safety of all guests and staff at Troy Gym, we are implementing the following changes to birthday parties for the remainder of 2020, and potentially into 2021.
Our parties will be shortened to 90 minute parties; gym time only
Drop-Off Encouraged & Med-Check.
We are encouraging parents of participants ages 5 years and older to drop off their children. Med Check for themselves and each of the child(ren) they are bringing is required upon entry. Any person staying at the facility will need to complete a med check.
Required for all, at all times
Party rooms are closed
We will not be able to seat guests for food and drink, as we have previously been able to offer.
Waiting areas are closed
We are following the guidelines of capacity limitations for both gyms and indoor events.
Bounce House & Foam Pits
Due to the nature of these attractions, both will be closed as a part of our COVID-19 response. For our company-wide COVID-19 Response please visit
Step Two: Choose Your Party Time
We will have limited offerings available for party times as we bring back parties, slowly and safely. Please contact our office with your specific date preference and we can give you our current availability. Parties are currently available in TG1 and TG2. TG3 is available on request.

Step Three: Add the ninja room
For a limited time, add the Ninja Room to the first 20 minutes of your party experience. Add the Ninja Room for $50 *Ninja room must be added to your reservation by the Friday before your party*
Step Four: Confirmation
Within a week of booking your party, you will receive a detailed confirmation that you will review, sign and send back to Troy Gym. This confirmation will include event details, policies, as well as procedures.

2 hours of high ropes course fun!
We will provide safety instructional video, a course practice set and a lot of FUN on our high ropes course. Parties have the opportunity to tackle 40 different elements, rock walls, zip lines and MORE!

TG3 Bounce House: $50
Additional participants: $15/ person
20% discount on parties Mon-Fri before 4pm.
$150 deposit will be collected at booking.
Remaining balance is auto-collected 1 week prior to event.
