BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Have your next birthday party at Troy Gym!

 

Due to our many booking options we highly recommend coming in for a tour prior to booking.
For staffing purposes, we need a 16 day notice to book parties.

 

PARTY PACKAGES START AT $350& INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

 

  • Birthday t-shirt 

    • T-shirts will be provided for 1 birthday child, unless children are multiples. There will be a $5 fee for each additional birthday t-shirt

  • Two coaches

    • Coaches will provide activities and ensure safety and fun during your child's activity. Does your child have a favorite activity at the gym? Or maybe a favorite game to play? Contact birthdays@troygym.com to make a request to be sent to your party staff prior to your party.

  • Up to 20 children*

    • There is an additional fee of $15/child over 20 (no more than 25 permitted at this time). Head count must be verified by the Friday, 1 week before your party to avoid additional fees.

  • 90 minutes in the gym!

    • We will provide 90 minutes of FUN filled activity during your gym time. Parties are fully structured to ensure the safety of our guests.

PARTY FEES AND DUE DATES

$175 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.*

Due at scheduling to reserve your preferred time slot. You can change your party one time, if needed. New party day/time must be 16 days or further out from the request to change.

$175+* NON-REFUNDABLE BALANCE.

Due the Friday before your party. Our office is closed during parties

 

$15 EXCEEDING CHILD FEE.

We ask you inform us if you are exceeding the 20 child limit by the Friday, one week before your party. For each child over the 20 child limit, there will be a $15 charge. This applies to any person who is in the gym ages 1 year-23 years. If we are notified after the Friday, one week before your party, the fee will increase to $20 per child. Please keep in mind, we cannot  exceed 25 children for parties.* *this is a part of our COVID-19 Response

STEPS TO BOOKING:

Step One: Understanding Our Covid-19 Response

As a part of our COVID-19 Response, following guidelines provided by the State of Michigan and CDC, in addition to considering the safety of all guests and staff at Troy Gym, we are implementing the following changes to birthday parties for the remainder of 2020, and potentially into 2021.

  • Party Length

    • Our parties will be 90 minute parties; gym time only

    • We will reassess party length summer 2021. If you wish to extend your party time, you may request an extension request by contacting birthdays@troygym.com.

  • Med-Check.

    • Med Checks are required for all. Adults and each of the child(ren) they are bringing is required upon entry. Any person staying at the facility will need to complete a med check.

  • Masks 

    • Required for all. Ages 2 & under are not required. Ages 3 are strongly encouraged. 4 & older are required. This is for the safety and comfort of our staff and guests.

  • Party rooms are closed. 

    • We will not be able to seat guests for food and drink, as we have previously been able to offer.

    • Food and drink are not allowed to be served in any capacity at our facility.

  • Waiting areas are closed. 

    • We are following the guidelines of capacity limitations for both gyms and indoor events

Step Two: Choose Your Party Time

We will have limited offerings available for party times as we bring back parties, slowly and safely. Please contact our office with your specific date preference and we can give you our current availability. Parties are currently available in TG1 and TG2. TG3 is available on request.

Step Three: Add the ninja room or bounce house

Add the Ninja Room to the first 20 minutes of your party experience. Add the Ninja Room for $50 *Ninja room must be added to your reservation by the Friday before your party*

Add the bounce house to your reservation! Bounce houses are available in all gyms and are $50 to add to your reservation. *TG2 parties will specify which gym’s bounce house they would like to include to their package.

Step Four: Confirmation

Within a week of booking your party, you will receive a detailed confirmation that you will review, sign and send back to Troy Gym. This confirmation will include event details, policies, as well as procedures.

 

Remaining balance is auto-collected the Friday before your event. Party times are available by contacting our Troy Gym office!  Once your party is booked, we will send a detailed confirmation to review. This confirmation will include event details, policies, and procedures.

IRC PARTIES

PARTY PACKAGES START AT $275 & INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Birthday t-shirt 

    • T-shirts will be provided for 1 birthday child, unless children are multiples. There will be a $5 fee for each additional birthday t-shirt.

  • Two coaches

    • Coaches will provide harnessing, instruction and ensure safety and fun during your child's activity. 

  • Up to 15 children*

    • There is an additional fee of $15/child over 15. Head count must be verified by the Friday, 1 week before your party to avoid additional fees.

  • 2 hours of high ropes course fun!

    • We will provide safety instructional video, a course practice set and a lot of FUN on our high ropes course. Parties have the opportunity to tackle 40 different elements, rock walls, zip lines and MORE!

 

Add-ons:

  • Participant T-shirt: $5/shirt

  • Gym Time: please email request ropes@troygym.com

  • TG3 Bounce House: $50

  • Additional participants: $15/ person

 

20% discount on parties Mon-Fri before 4pm.

$150 deposit will be collected at booking.

Remaining balance is auto-collected 1 week prior to event.

MRC PARTIES

Munchkin Ropes Course (MRC) for ages 2-7 under 48"

 

8-PERSON PARTY PACKAGE STARTS AT $150* & INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Birthday t-shirt 

    • T-shirts will be provided for 1 birthday child, unless children are multiples. There will be a $5 fee for each additional birthday t-shirt.

  • Two coaches

    • Coaches will provide harnessing, instruction and ensure safety and fun during your child's activity. 

  • Up to 8 children*

    • There is an additional fee of $15/child over 8. Head count must be verified by the Friday, 1 week before your party to avoid additional fees.

  • 1 hour of munchkin ropes course fun!

 

15-PERSON PARTY PACKAGES START AT $225* & INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Birthday t-shirt 

    • T-shirts will be provided for 1 birthday child, unless children are multiples. There will be a $5 fee for each additional birthday t-shirt.

  • Two coaches

    • Coaches will provide harnessing, instruction and ensure safety and fun during your child's activity. 

  • Up to 15 children*

    • 20 children is the maximum capacity for our course. Head count must be verified by the Friday, 1 week before your party to avoid additional fees. There is an additional fee of $10/child for every child over 15.

  • 1 hour 30 minutes of munchkin ropes course fun!

 

 

50% deposit will be collected at booking.

Remaining balance is auto-collected 1 week prior to event.
