All Preschool gymnastics classes encourage age-appropriate physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development in a gymnastics setting. Classes consist of a combination of warm-ups, group activities (bean bags, scarves, hula hoops, parachute, balls, and other helpful learning tools), gymnastics skill circuits, gymnastics individual events (floor, bars, beams, and vault), free-play time, and music!

Parent Tot Classes are for children ages 1-2 years old. Parent Tot classes require a parent/adult to be in the gym during the entire class to assist their child. There is a one parent to child ratio in class. If you have twins, two adults are to be in class. A coach is on hand to maintain the class structure and assist parents with teaching age appropriate skills as well as proper spotting techniques. If a 3 year old is not ready to separate from their parent, we allow them to stay in a parent tot class. Troy Gym offers rolling enrollment. Students can join classes at any time during the month and will have the same class schedule until you tell us otherwise! Tuition will be automatically charged on the first of every month.

To drop a class, Troy Gym requires written notification. Send an email to drop@troygym.com seven days before the first of the month to ensure your credit card will not be charged the month’s tuition. The email must contain the parent’s name, student’s name, and the class you will be dropping.

All classes will be held in TG2 unless otherwise noted.
