Mini TG3 Party recommended for ages 4+ and Mini IRC party is for only for 8+

IRC, TG3 OR COMBO 10-Person Party Packages start at $250 & INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: (2 hours total)

• Birthday t-shirt

  • T-shirts will be provided for 1 birthday child, unless children are multiples. There will be a $5 fee for each additional birthday t-shirt.
     

• ONE party staff/ropes crew

  • Birthday Staff will provide fun, instruction and safety during your gym time if you select TG3 or combo.  IRC Crew will provide harnessing, instruction and ensure safety and fun during your child's activity if you select IRC or Combo. 
     

• Up to 10 children*

  • There is an additional fee of $20/child over 10. MAX OF 12 KIDDOS. Head count must be verified by the Friday, 1 week before your party to avoid additional fees. WE ARE UNABLE TO ALLOW MORE THAN 12 KIDS IN THIS PARTY ROOM.  
     

• 75 min of TG3 and/or high ropes course fun depending on your package selection and 45 minutes in our private mini party space. Please select during your booking: TG3, IRC or COMBO.
   

  • IRC customers: We will provide safety instructional video, a course practice set and a lot of FUN on our high ropes course. Parties have the opportunity to tackle 40 different elements, rock walls, zip lines and MORE!
    
    Troy Gym will supply paper products. This includes: plates, cups, napkins, table covering, silverware.

Add-ons:

• Participant T-shirt: $5/shirt

• Combo Party (IRC&TG3 for 75 min): $100 for 75 min simultaneously running activities

• TG3 Bounce House: $50

• Additional participants: $20/ person

50% deposit will be collected at booking. Remaining balance is collected the Friday, 1 week prior to event. Email events@troygym.com for all weekday parties before 4pm.

Troy Gym does not provide any décor, aside from table covering. Families are welcome to bring in minimal decoration 15 minutes before their party time starts. Additional set up time cannot be accommodated due to our busy party schedule. Overtime charges may apply for excess décor. Please plan accordingly.
