Munchkin Ropes Course (MRC) & Playground parties for ages 2-48" tall

20-PERSON PARTY PACKAGES start at $450 & INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: (120 min total) 

 

• Exclusive MRC use for 45 minutes & Troy Towers Play Structure, Advanced Ninja Course, & Multipurpose Sports Room use for 30 minutes (rotation varies by day/time). MRC Participants MUST be at least 2 years old and under 48" tall. 

  • ​Note: This area will be a shared use of space 

• 45 minutes of party room after play.

• Birthday t-shirt 

• • T-shirts will be provided for 1 birthday child, unless children are multiples. There will be a $5 fee for each additional birthday t-shirt. 

• Two party ropes crew/staff 

  • Crew will provide harnessing, instruction and ensure safety and fun during your child's activity. They will set up, clean up, and run your party. Coaches will supervise activities and ensure safety and fun during your child's activity. 

• Up to 20 children* ​

  • Participants who are not within the age/height parameters of the MRC, still count toward the headcount. 

  • 27 children are the maximum capacity for our course. Head count must be verified by the Friday, 1 week before your party to avoid additional fees. There is an additional fee of $15/child for every child over 20. If we are notified after the Friday, one week before your party, the fee will increase to $20 per child. 

• Troy Gym will supply paper products. This includes plates, cups, napkins, table covering, silverware.

Add-ons: 

• TG4 Bounce House: $50​

• 60 minutes in TG4 pool: $350 Total party duration would be 3 hours

50% deposit will be collected at booking. Remaining balance is collected 1 week prior to event. Final headcount is Friday of the week prior to your event. Once your party is booked, we will send a detailed confirmation to review. This confirmation will include event details, policies, and procedures.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL GUEST DETAILS & WAIVERS ARE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Troy Gym does not provide any décor, aside from table covering. Families are welcome to bring in minimal decoration 15 minutes before their party time starts. Additional set up time cannot be accommodated due to our busy party schedule. Overtime charges may apply for excess décor. Please plan accordingly.
