POOL PARTY PACKAGES ARE $500 & INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Birthday t-shirt 

  • T-shirts will be provided for 1 birthday child, unless children are multiples. There will be a $5 fee for each additional birthday t-shirt.

• Party staff and Lifeguard

  • Party staff and life guard will monitor your pool party and ensure safety and FUN!  Pool toys/accessories available for use. 

• Up to 20 children*

  • There is an additional fee of $15/child over 20. Head count must be verified by the Friday, 1 week before your party to avoid additional fees. Max of 38 participants.

• 1.5 hours of pool fun and 30 minutes in our private party space.  Full use of our 8 private changing rooms and 5 bathrooms. Troy Gym will supply paper products. This includes: plates, cups, napkins, table covering, silverware.​

 

Add-ons:

• Participant T-shirt: $5/shirt

• MRC Course: please email request ropes@troygym.com

• Additional participants: $15/ person

 

50% deposit will be collected at booking. Remaining balance is collected 1 week prior to event.

Additional Info: 

1 adult is required to be in the water for every 2 children 6 and younger, these adults are not included in the headcount. 

There is a basketball hoop and volleyball net available upon request.

Deposit & Cancellation: Deposits for events at Troy Gym are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the customer must cancel, for any reason, including COVID-19 related, we will allow a 1-time reschedule within 12 months of your original reservation. Deposits cannot be transferred, credited or refunded. If for whatever reason Troy Gym needs to cancel your event due to acts of God or otherwise, the amount paid for your event will remain on your account for a future reschedule or to go toward another activity at our facility.

Troy Gym does not provide any décor, aside from table covering. Families are welcome to bring in minimal decoration 15 minutes before their party time starts. Additional set up time cannot be accommodated due to our busy party schedule. Overtime charges may apply for excess décor. Please plan accordingly.
