PARTY PACKAGES START AT $400 & INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

 

• Birthday t-shirt 

  • T-shirts will be provided for 1 birthday child, unless children are multiples. There will be a $5 fee for each additional birthday t-shirt

• Two coaches

  • They will set up, clean up, and run your party. Coaches will provide activities and ensure safety and fun during your child's activity. Does your child have a favorite activity at the gym? Or maybe a favorite game to play? Contact events@troygym.com to make a request to be sent to your party staff prior to your party.

• Up to 20 children*

  • There is an additional fee of $15/child over 20. Head count must be verified by the Friday, 1 week before your party to avoid additional fees.

​

• 1 hour and 15 minutes in the gym* followed by 45 minutes in the party room!

  • ​​If opening gifts, only 1 hour in the gym; overtime charges apply starting 5 minutes after party ends.
  •  *This is not a full gym rental, parties will rotate to not overlap but multiple parties can be in the gym at the same time.*

• Party products

  • Paper products including plates, napkins, cups, plastic silverware and table covering ​

  • Utensils including a lighter, knife, cake server and ice cream scoop

• Extras

  • Add the bounce house to your reservation for 30 minutes during your gym time, $50 fee.​

  • Add a GLOW option (Saturday evenings) for your gym time, $25 fee

 

Troy Gym does not provide any décor, aside from table covering. Families are welcome to bring in minimal decoration 15 minutes before their party time starts. Additional set up time cannot be accommodated due to our busy party schedule. Overtime charges may apply for excess décor. Please plan accordingly. ​​
